What type of food will be served?
Local Czech food, not just dumplings but for sure not sausages with mustard. Drinks. Is there alcohol on the tour? Yes, there is, and we won’t force anyone to drink it:) One drink is included whith each meal, any extra drinks you will need to pay for.

What is the tour about?
We walk around and eat delicious food. We do this at places that are off the beaten path. We won’t be visiting any fast food chains or tourist traps during our tour but if you want we can of course recommend to you some of the more decent tourist places to go to if you wish to visit them later on during your stay in Prague.
Who is this tour best for?
For food culture enthusiasts. Singles, couples, families, and friends. Anyone who loves food like we do. Our customized tours are also perfect for corporate and other types of parties and for special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Happy to tailor it just for you.
When is the best time to take a Pragusto tour during my holiday in Prague?
Tours are available during the whole year. A Pragusto tour is a wonderful way to introduce you to the city of Prague and its history, so we highly suggest you do it at the very beginning of your trip to Prague. You won’t regret it. You will get quick picture of the what, when, where and how.
How much walking is involved?
1 - 2 kilometer or 1 miles / 3 - 3,5 hours
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
It is highly recommended that you purchase tickets before you reach Prague. We have limited space on our tours. Guests that wait until the last minute to run the risk that they may not get on the tour. Some dates do have limited walk-up availability. You can call or WhatsApp up on our telephone number +00420777082272 on any tour day after 8:00 am for the latest tour updates.
Is the tour suitable for vegetarians?
Vegetarians are welcome. We always try our best to fulfill all dietary requirements. Please let us know if you have any such requirements at least 72 hours before the tour.
Where do we meet for the tour?
After you purchase your tickets you will receive an confirmation email including information and a map regarding the specific meeting point. We will meet in the center of Prague 1. We urge you to be at the location 15 minutes before the start of the tour. Please carry your confirmation with you and we will meet you at the meeting point at the set time.
What are the payment options?
We accept credit cards. Tickets must be purchased in advance. Places are limited, but if there are any available spaces we can accept a last-minute cash payment if you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
How to get a quick response from us?
Please e-mail us on info@pragusto.com. That is the fastest way to get a response the same day. Unfortunately, we do not return calls that are not from the Czech Republic.

The best way to contact us on weekends is by e-mail (info@pragusto.com). We will respond as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
How do I receive tour information?
All the information will be sent to you via e-mail once we have received your payment, so you can print it out while you are still at your home or read it on your mobile.
Do we need transportation tickets?
If needed tickets for the metro or tram will be provided by us at a cost.
What happens if we are late?
Please don’t be late. Please be considerate of the other guests and aware of the set time to meet, we can wait 15 minutes maximum for you and then the tour starts without you. There is no refund for missing the tour. Also remember that in respect of the other tour guests we unfortunately can’t answer the phone when we run the tour, so please be on time. We also recommend that you come to the meeting point say an hour before and do a little bit of sightseeing or grab a coffee in the area, so then it is easy for you to be at the meeting point on time.
Is this tour suitable for me?
We are happy to accommodate special diets or dietary restrictions if needed (vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, no red meat), but we cannot guarantee that we can substituted any of the dishes we try. In other words, guests with special dietary needs may need to pass on certain dishes. Please provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice of any such needs and we will do our best to make the necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Refunds are available only up to 72 hours before the day of the tour. After that period due to tour arrangements we unfortunately can´t provide any refunds.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please wear casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes. We recommend you bring water with you especially during summer months.
Am I allowed to take pictures during the tour?
Of course, you can bring your camera and take all the pictures you want. Posting your pictures is fine with us:) Please remember to be aware of the belongings you take with you on the tour. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
What happens if it rains?
Our tour will take place come rain or shine. Please check weather conditions (www.accuweather.com) and as appropriate wear the right clothing, bring an umbrella, etc.
Are bathrooms available?
Yes, they are available at most places during the tour.
Shopping during the tour?
Sorry, no shopping during the tour but we are happy to advise you where you can purchase specific goods for a good price or provide you with the address of a shop you may be interested in.
Are children welcome and do they need tickets?
Children are welcome on the tour, but you must make your own reasonable decision about bringing your kids along. Stairs are usually part of every tour and there is a lot of walking plus tram riding. If this isn´t something your kids would enjoy probably best not to bring them. If you do bring your kids and they cause a delay the tour will have to move on without you. Please keep this in mind because tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Children up to 5 years of age are for free and don’t need tickets. Please don’t forget any baby food if you bring your baby or small child with you. When you purchase your ticket, please give us advance notice that you will have your child with you and let us know how old they are. In case you want to freely enjoy your tour without your children (we understand since we also have children) and need baby-sitting at your hotel or apartment this can also be arranged. We will be happy to arrange it for you. Please let us know in case you need this service.
